Thank you for shopping at TempSheets. Because our products are digital downloads, our policy differs slightly from physical goods stores. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Our Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, which means you have 30 days after your purchase to request a refund if you are not satisfied with your template.
To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date and must include a valid reason (for example: the template did not work as described, you experienced a technical issue, or the file was not delivered).

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Damages and Issues
Because our products are digital files delivered via download link, there is no physical damage possible. However, if you experience any of the following, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue:
- The download link did not work or expired
- The file was corrupted or could not be opened
- You received the wrong template
- The template did not function as described on the product page
Please contact us at service@tempsheets.shop and we will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Situations
Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:
- You have already downloaded the template and simply changed your mind
- You purchased the wrong template by mistake after the file has been accessed
- You do not have access to Google Sheets or a compatible application (please verify compatibility before purchasing)
- The request is made more than 30 days after the purchase date
- Refunds cannot be issued on promotional or discounted items

Exchanges
If you purchased the wrong template or would like a different one, the fastest way to resolve this is to contact us at service@tempsheets.shop within 30 days of purchase. In many cases we can swap your template for another of equal or lesser value without requiring a new purchase. For templates of higher value, you may be asked to pay the difference.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, please note the following:
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, provided you have not yet accessed or downloaded the digital content.
By completing your purchase and accessing your download link, you expressly agree that the digital content has been delivered and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is forfeited from that moment, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
If you have purchased but have not yet accessed your download and wish to cancel within 14 days, please contact us immediately at service@tempsheets.shop and we will process your cancellation.
Refunds — Processing Time
Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
