TempSheets operates this store and website at tempsheets.shop, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a seamless digital shopping experience (the "Services"). TempSheets is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

All products sold through TempSheets are digital downloads — specifically Google Sheets templates delivered via email link immediately after purchase. No physical goods are shipped.

We have made every effort to accurately represent our templates, including their features, contents, and compatibility. However, we do not warrant that the functionality or appearance of any template will meet your specific expectations in every use case. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Please ensure you have access to a free Google account and Google Sheets before purchasing, as this is required to use our templates.

Section 3 — Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. TempSheets reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until TempSheets confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as TempSheets may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted and the download link has been delivered. In the event that we do not accept or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time the order was made.

Your purchases are subject to refund solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. Because our products are digital, all sales are considered final once the download link has been accessed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or professional use and not for unauthorized commercial resale, redistribution, or sublicensing.

Section 4 — Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated.

We may offer, from time to time, promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.

You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, that you are duly authorized to use such payment method, and that you will pay all charges incurred at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.

Section 5 — Digital Delivery

Because all TempSheets products are digital downloads, there is no physical shipping involved. Upon successful payment, a download link will be delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 30 minutes in some cases.

TempSheets is not liable for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address provided at checkout, emails blocked or filtered by your email provider, or issues with your internet connection or device. If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes of purchase, please contact us at service@tempsheets.shop and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, template designs, images, graphics, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is owned by TempSheets or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use purchased templates for your own personal or internal business use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, publish, or create derivative works from any TempSheets template without our prior written consent.

Specifically, purchasing a TempSheets template does not grant you the right to:

  • Resell or redistribute the template to third parties
  • Share the download link with others who have not purchased
  • Upload the template to any marketplace or platform for redistribution
  • Claim authorship or ownership of the template design

The TempSheets name, logo, and all related product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of TempSheets. You must not use such trademarks without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by TempSheets.

Section 7 — Optional Tools

You may be provided with access to third-party tools or integrations as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control over. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or representations of any kind. We shall have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the Services is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms provided by the relevant third-party provider.

TempSheets is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with TempSheets. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and TempSheets, including any issue resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with TempSheets.

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at tempsheets.shop. Certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy, available at shopify.com/legal/privacy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to all Feedback you submit, and that your Feedback will not violate any right of any third party. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any Feedback you submit. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any Feedback posted by you or any third party.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit, or remove Feedback that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any party's intellectual property rights or these Terms of Service.

Occasionally there may be information on or in the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

14.4 Agents must: (i) identify that the request is from an Agent and disclose the Agent's name in all HTTP/HTTPS request user agent strings; (ii) not conceal or obfuscate that interactions are from an Agent; (iii) respond truthfully to any question seeking to determine if interactions are coming from a human or a computer; (iv) not circumvent any measure intended to block, limit, or control Agent access to the Services.

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL TEMPSHEETS, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY DIGITAL PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TempSheets, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of: (1) your breach of these Terms of Service; (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (3) your access to and use of the Services.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim. We may control the defense and settlement of such a claim at your expense but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent.

Section 19 — Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. You may not delegate, transfer, or assign this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any such attempt will be null and void. TempSheets may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without consent or notice to you.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, where TempSheets is headquartered. You and TempSheets consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website.
